What is a natHERS Report?
A NatHERS Report (Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme) is an energy efficiency assessment that evaluates how well a residential building maintains comfortable indoor temperatures throughout the year.
The assessment analyses several aspects of the building design including:

• Window size and glazing performance
• Shading and ventilation
• Construction materials and thermal mass
Using accredited software, energy assessors simulate how the building performs across different seasons and produce a NatHERS star rating from 0–10 stars.
